Join Metro Clean Energy Resource Team (CERT), Affiliates, Partners and Friends to celebrate our third year of connecting communities to resources, hear about our first round of seed grants to Twin Cities Metro communities, and learn about our new energy efficiency campaigns and other resources. The program will be followed by refreshments and lots of time for networking.

- 4:45pm - Performance Metrics: Actual Outcomes Measured in Building Projects - Rick Carter, Senior Vice President, LHB Associates. LHB uses a tool called Performance Metrics™ to understand the actual impact of the buildings we have designed. Such post-occupancy evaluations are rare – and potentially risky. LHB is currently taking that risk by assessing 80 (and counting) of the buildings we have designed between 1996 and today.
